Property as the core activity
Since its foundation in 1987, Proark’s most important activity and core competence has been investment in property. Through I/S EjendomsInvest, the company was the first to offer the Danes the opportunity to invest their savings in property through partnerships or limited companies. Since then the creation of new products has continued and activities have expanded considerably. In addition to EjendomsInvest, the group’s other activities are Basisbank, Bella Center and Energy.
