The investments are made on the basis of an overall evaluation of location, tenants, subletting and development potential, and the Group’s properties are developed continuously so that they retain a high standard and live up to the tenants’ enquiries.

 

Proark’s property portfolio

The Proark Group owns Danish property worth around DKK 2.2 billion. The majority of the properties are collected in the wholly-owned Proark Ejendomme ApS. The properties are acquired both as individual properties and in portfolios - either directly or via co-ownership of projects offered by Property Invest.
