Proark ApS saw Basisbank’s significant development potential and synergy options and acquired all shares in Basis PFS A/S in 2002, which owns Basisbank.

Biggest cooperation partners By far the majority of products are offered by Basisbank itself. In areas such as real credit, insurance and investment, however, Basisbank does cooperate with some of the biggest and best on the market: BRF Kredit, Købstædernes Forsikring, EjendomsInvest and Investering & Tryghed.
