The Proark Group holds assets in the form of extremely strong operating companies. The companies each have sound market positions and make a significant contribution to the Proark Group’s profit/loss.



The biggest part of the Group’s property-related activities take place in EjendomsInvest (Property Invest), which has mediated investment properties for high-earning and affluent Danes since 1987.

The projects are offered in a form where buildings, financing, administration, tenants, etc. are organised so that it is easy and secure to be an investor.

 

The majority of the properties continue to be managed by EjendomsInvest, which of course acts as a strong, committed manager of properties for which the aim is to achieve stable, long-term capital growth for the investors.

Property Invest occupies a leading position on the market and works actively to maintain this position by offering well-chosen and well-thought-out property projects.

The product range is continuously developed so that it keeps up with the times and the customers’ needs and singles out the business from the other players on the market.

Bella Center is the Nordic Countries’ biggest and most modern trade fair and congress centres. Bella Center stands out from the majority of other European centres by organising its own events, and has in this connection developed a competence and a service level that is quite unique.

Four-star visions
The visions for the Bella Center of the future include the planning and erection of an impressive four-star hotel building with 800 rooms. Bella Center will be in charge of the erection and the hotel will be run in close cooperation with an international hotel chain.

Leading place for experiences
In 1997, Forum became a subsidiary of Bella Center A/S, and today it is Copenhagen’s leading place for experiences with a large and varied range of concerts, jumble sales, specialist trade fairs and exhibitions that focuses on experiences and life style.

In 2005, Proark ApS acquired a 35.46 % share of Bella Center A/S. The investment has since been extended to 45 %
