Proark focuses on innovation and invests actively in new building and development projects that include special future perspectives in form and use.

The Group’s development company, Proark Projects, focuses on quality and all aspects of value creation from investor to end user. The company invests actively in all types of building and development projects in Denmark and abroad and preferably with a link to the Proark Group’s other activities. The areas on which the company focuses are retail, hotels, housing and commercial properties.

The company works with partners who give high priority to solvency, good business acumen and good cooperation. The projects are developed for owners, landlords, investors and for its own books.

The following projects are currently being worked on:

Kildebjerg Ry - homes

Together with the recognised architect C.F. Møller, Proark Projects is developing 250 attractive homes in a unique area of town with a strong vision of uniting business, nature of the home and leisure activities in the same area. The homes will vary in both size and shape so they are suitable for both first time buyers of the smaller terraced house, the larger established family or older people who want to live in apartments. The homes will be in the middle of natural landscape, surrounded by a fantastic 27-hole golf course and forest, but at the same time at a short distance to good job opportunities in Århus, among others.

Together with the homes, Proark Projects is constructing an 18-hole course and a 9-hole Pay & Play course on a beautiful 110-hectare area of hilly land.

The golf course has been designed by the internationally renowned course architect Line Mortensen, who has been involved in designing golf courses in Spain, England, Germany, Holland and Denmark. Co-designer of the golf course is top Danish player Søren Kjeldsen, who is involved in designing a golf course for the first time. Søren Kjeldsen has played on the Europe Tour for many years and has participated in tournaments throughout the world.

The choice of a strong design team ensures a course of the same high standard as the other courses owned by Proark Golf, and there will be an international-level course that will simultaneously become Søren Kjeldsen’s official home course.

Ermelundsparken

In Jægersborg, Proark Projects, along with Gøth Development, is erecting 8 unique homes in elegant and historic surroundings by Jægersborg Dyrehave. Ermelundsparken consists of two semi-detached houses with two terraced homes and two penthouse homes in each.

Usserød Kongevej

Together with g+h development, Proark Project’s is developing properties Usserød Kongevej 29, 31 and 33 to a combined housing and shopping project.

Berliner Kindl

Berliner Kindl is a well-known local Berliner brewery formed in 1872 in the town area that is now known as Neukölln. Berliner Kindl moved its production in 2004, and Proark Projects along with HEAG Dr. Henke Projektgesellschaft mbH acquired the land in 2007, where there is a 50 000 m² existing brewery and the option of developing a further 50 000 m². The existing buildings will be used for retail, parking and offices, while the new building plans include an hotel and an old people’s housing complex.

Right next door to Berlin’s second biggest railway station, Ostbahnhof, Proark has acquired a fantastic piece of construction land down to the River Spree. The land is next door to Berlin’s new super arena, the O2 Arena. Around 120 000 m² mixed commercial property, homes, retail and hotels can be built on the land.
